If I want faster results, would it be a good idea to do them more than 3 a week? or it would onoly hurt my body and not really gives faster results?

ummm just so u all now, this is only a pound a week which isnt a really big deal. its not that hard to lose one pound within one week. Just think about it this way!
3000 calories in a pound.
if everyday you just eat 215 less calories, and burn off 215 less calories, then thats one pound a week!!

uh.. dose it work for kids too? ^^; i just feel like i need to loose weight and stuff.. i get made fun of alote..so im just hoping this will help.. also cuz im gonna be taking swim lessons.. and i have a two peice bathing suit so yah ^^

Yep I agree. The best type of cardio workouts to help you burn belly fat are sprints. Heck just compare a sprinter’s body (nice lean muscles), to a long distance runner’s body (thin, but sometimes with very little muscle tone).

One of my bootcamp members has had 5 C-sections and she does these exact types of fat loss workouts to help her lose belly fat. She is doing amazing. : )

yeah exercise, sleep and diet all together is the best method, but running for 2 hours on a treadmill is just plain wrong, and it’s catabolic, breaking down muscle proteins and actually building fat, compare a sprinter to a marathon runner, a sprinter will have a lower body fat level and more muscle than a marathon runner. cardio is good, but in moderation and it depends on the type

i know that your heart rate needs to be at a certain rate (depending on your weight, but around 140bpm) to burn fat. Any more than this will just be good for your heart, but will burn minimal fat. True, you can lose weight just by eating healthily but it will probably be a longer, slower process

no, I’ve seen them do it, cardio is aerobic conditioning, which basically programs your muscles and heart to handle cardiovascular activity better, and I haven’t done real cardio except for occasional sprints for ages, and I’ve kept my weight down with heavy and fast weight movements, which raise your metabolic rate far more than cardio does, and why would they be dead? they’re simply running with excess baggage, it’ll just make them slower, imagine if they dropped the weight then ran again.

tbh this wont get rid of fat it will just strengthen your core. to get rid of fat, eat less and do cardio and cut out crap foods.

who ever if fat is cos of bloody food they eat, just eat normally not like animals then no fat, yes exercise do help but food is on top.
